Brisbane noise-rock band No Anchor have proven quick off the mark recording and releasing their debut album Fire Flood and Acid Mud less than a year after forming. With the CD now available in record stores across the country, the band will be celebrating launch at the Lofly Hanger (Red Hill) on Friday 8th of August . On the night Brisbane laptop artist Lawrence English will also be launching his new work Kiri No Oto, his first release for the prestigious UK label Touch. Secret Birds support.
