August 1st marks the release night of the Debut E.P. “Consolidation” from one of Brisbane’s most forefront young musicians, none other than Patrick Tunney.
“I am winning over the world one person at a time - and this is not a goal that I take lightly” says Patrick about his plans for the future in the music industry. “Just listen to the single from the E.P. “Up and Go” – it’s a combination of Funk, Blues and Pop that’s mashed into a catchy song, yet doesn't compromise on musical integrity, and that’s really important to me”. Consolidation is the word to describe Patrick's music – it comes out of years of gigs, jams, and writing and recording sessions in both Europe and Australia, and also hand in hand with his passion and love for music.
The EP, “Consolidation”, is a collection of songs that captures the moment, of where you might be right now, or where you might end up – it combines many portions of Patrick’s experiences, and maybe your own, into a general understanding of the world. “Consolidation” is available at any of Patrick's many live shows and will be available on I Tunes soon.
The show is set at the Living Room in Brisbane’s famous Caxton Street precinct, and is guaranteed to be a huge night with the likes of 5-time ARIA Nominated Independent artist Diana Anaid on the lineup. Also featuring on the night is Dear April (Dan Acfield Band) and Dave Di Marco.
