Repeat Offender headline Red Room Wednesday August 13!

Brisbane band, Repeat Offender, will headline the Red Room at University of QLD, St Lucia on Wednesday August 13 for a special showcase of their new tracks ahead of their support with Panic At The Disco.
The band have caught the attention of several notable major labels in recent weeks after uploading brand new demos to their myspace page.
Repeat Offender will be joined by Melbourne five-piece, Front Counter, who release their debut EP ‘A Toast To You And Me’ which is out on Saturday August 9. “A faultless grasp of the McRebel melody and the power punch song structure – in and out under three minutes, and not a dull moment in between,” described Beat Magazine of the new EP.
The band’s debut single ‘What’s Your Name’ has already been added to instant rotation on Triple M and will see the band perform the track on an episode of Network Ten’s ‘Neighbours’ in July broadcast throughout Australia, UK and Europe.
Having worked the touring scene constantly over the past twelve months, Front Counter have supported many high profile artists including Behind Crimson Eyes (AUS), The Butterfly Effect (AUS), Dopamine (UK); a support slot on the coveted Taste Of Chaos tour playing alongside bands including The Used, Rise Against, Aiden and the Gallows; and more recently a spot supporting Bon Jovi at Melbourne's Sidney Myer Music Bowl where the band performed in front of 15,000 people.
Also on the bill will be Brittle. Brittle have been playing shows for over 5 years and we have shared the stage with some iconic international and national bands such as Grinspoon, Kisschasy, Bodyjar, Something With Numbers, The Angels, The Veronicas, British India and many more.
In October 07 BRITTLE played on the Sea FM Stage at the Lexmark Indy 300, with video and radio airplay to over 100,000 people.
