Adelaides Kamikaze album Launch
(Tuesday, 26 August 2008) Written by Robert Lee

Kamikaze are Adelaide’s very own olympic standard rock’n’roll pentathalon and all-round supremely sordid exhibition of unbridled recklessness. They combine the crash’n’burn mentality of the original Japanese suicide squads with the mystic rites of the amusement parlour & travelling circus, and then infuse it with a massive dollop of equal parts no-holds-barred old school rock’n’roll, rama-lama punk rock depravity and schlock horror movie sensibility. This is not just some cross-over hybrid of clashing musical styles, but the real deal of a sleek, all-in-one, music & entertainment combo guaranteed to corrupt your innocent god-fearin’ soul.

To launch this album we are having a shindig titled.

TROPICAL ACCELERATION with nothin but Turkeyneck bands. Saturday the  6th of september at the Step Inn in  Fortitude Valley cnr of Brunswick and St Pauls Tce.
