Advertising / Controversy - Remixed, is the new double A side single from genre crossing UK experimentalists PINK PUNK - Yap, Massy, Donna Williams & John Hendicott. All proceeds from the download sale of Advertising are being donated to the Bill Hick's Foundation of Wildlife Rehabilitation.
Originally appearing on the band's Zoo Politics album, producer John Hendicott has given Controversy a dance floor breakbeat twist adding in slamming bass lines & lashings of groove. Vocalist Yap's echoing words are complimented by the gritty guitar wizardry of ex One Minute Silence man Massy.
With an introduction featuring the voice of Bill Hicks from Bill Hicks: Revelations (courtesy of Arizona Bay Production Co., Inc), Advertising is a far more aggressive electronic crossover aural assault with Massy's reworked guitars adding even more power.
