The Smokestack Orchestra are celebrating ten years of Steam Powered Rock & Roll and are doing it in style, with knives out and screaming in at 9 o’clock high. September 4th will see them launch their second full length album, and explosive mixture of highly reactive chemicals called EMD-12 at the Troubadour. Joining them will be Sydney horror bastard wolves Gay Paris and mint-in-box local (super)group Obliterati, comprising members of Sixfthick, Giants of Science and White Mansions. So get your war face on, your Sunday best out of the closet and set aside some bandages.
