Final Showdown for el Borracho
Brisbane’s purveyors of scorching country-punk, el Borracho, will be playing their last ever gig on April 28, much to the dismay of their loyal following of fans.
el Borracho’s final performance will be as the headline act for the aptly named Rockabilly Psychosis at The Troubadour in Fortitude Valley. This will be the sixth in the series of Rockabilly Psychosis shows. The evening is scheduled for Saturday April 28, 2007.
Support acts include West Texas Crude, Bad Moon Company and DJ Lori Lee.
This will be the final showdown one of Brisbane’s liveliest bands, who delight in describing their musical style as “just like a country massacre, only crunchy”.
