French group Holden (pictured) are dubbed Gig Of The Week this week, and not just for their understated and melodic pop songs (though that helps). Touring as a duo, Armelle Pioline (vocals) and Dominique Dépret (guitar) compliment the personal collection of Pablo Picasso – with pieces that include works by rival Henri Matisse, loony-genius Salvador Dali and Picasso himself – being Bastille Day, what better way to celebrate? It all happens at GoMA Friday July 11 when the doors open at 6pm, with your $20 ticket price including gallery admission (bargain! – Ed).
