Taking the name of Beck’s curious breakthrough album, the Mellow Gold tour features the always-touring-never-at-home-anymore John Steel Singers (pictured) teaming up with ex-Gelbison songsmiths Edo and Nadav Kahn (aka The Kahn Brothers).  The perfectly poppy touring trio is rounded out by Plastic Palace Alice who, as usual, have declined the request to venture north – so you can see JSS and TKB playing The Globe Fri Jul 25 with support from Turtle Creek and McKisko (in solo mode).
