In a curious turn of events local JJJ favourites and common Southern States tourers - The John Steel Singers (pictured) – have been invited as panelists for the next of Indent’s Save The Scene Music Industry Workshops. Conducted at Lismore’s City Hall on Friday Aug 1 (Splendour in the Grass eve) the ‘informal workshop sessions will cover event management, music business for emerging young bands/artists and will conclude with a creative songwriting session’. JSS lads and their manager (and 4ZzZ Music Director) Maggie Collins chair this free session, commencing with registration at 9.30am.
