Wow – two in one week! ‘80s power ladies of the rock and pop – The Bangles (pictured) – will play Australia in October. Proving that a cameo on the Gilmore Girls can pay dividends, the ladies, from whose collective instruments flowed hits like Walk Like An Egyptian, Hazy Shade Of Winter, Manic Monday and (of course) Eternal Flame, play Twin Towns Saturday Oct 4. Susanna, Debbi and Vicki will be supported by Monique Brumby – be sure to bring the lighter of the naughties: your mobile phone!
