The Grates (pictured) are returning to the touring fray with hardcore abandon – playing nearly every night come October. Their arms are spread wide to embrace their colourful fanbase when they embark on their first national tour in some time. With a little help from the Vasco Era and fellow Brisbanites the John Steel Singers, Alana, Patience and John kick off this month-long madness at the Sands Tavern, Thursday Oct 2; The Arena, Friday Oct 3; the Coolangatta Hotel, Saturday Oct 4 and the Great Northern, Sunday Oct 5 before conquering the nation.
