- You Am I will release the much-anticipated new album Dilettantes on September 13.
- Off With Their Heads is the follow-up to last year’s highest selling UK rock album – Kaiser Chiefs’ Yours Truly Angry Mob. The new album is due to drop October 11.
- Sugar-charged Welsh pop kids Los Campesinos! (sometimes described as ‘Broken Social Scene on red cordial’ or ‘the new twee’) are putting grown-up indie types to shame by releasing a new album only five months after their debut, Hold On Now, Youngster. The sophomore release – We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed – is due out October 13.
