After featuring UB40 last year, the Ragamuffin Festival returns to Brisbane’s Riverstage for an afternoon of reggae vibes. On the bill for the Friday Jan 30 bill is Ziggy Marley, Eddy Grant, Stephen Marley, Shaggy (!), the return of Arrested Development (pictured), Inner Circle, and Bonjah.
