French-Canadian rockers Simple Plan (pictured) are back three years after they initially graced Australian shores, with their self-titled album in tow. Their angst-tainted tunes may even provide the perfect antidote to the wailings of that other famous French Canadian, Celine Dion. Catch Simple Plan at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Friday Oct 17, with The Getaway Plan and Short Stack in support. Tickets for this all ages show hit Ticketek on Thursday Sep 11.
