Up and coming Brisbane locals Sunflower are thrilled at being hand picked by Melbourne juggernaut Mammal as support for several dates on their upcoming national album release tour.

Having just completed their first east-coast tour and released a single, Sunflower have been gaining momentum in the lead up to the release of their own debut album in May 2009 with their crunch-heavy grooves, magnetic double neck guitar work and notoriously wild and passionate onstage show.

Sunflower will open for Mammal at the Miami Tavern - Gold Coast (Dec 4), Bar 388 - Brisbane (Dec 5) and Sands Tavern – Maroochydore (Dec 6)

After supporting Mammal, Sunflower are play host at their own headline show, ‘Xmash Bash’ at The Zoo in Brisbane on Friday 19 December featuring an all star line-up including JJJ darlings Little Vegas & The Fuzz Parade, old schoolers and guitar heads 1989 and Alt rockers Ludavico.
