W'gongs Leadfinger make it to Brisbane....finally!!!!! Leadfinger is the brainchild/solo project of one Stewart "Leadfinger" Cunningham, he comes from a rocknroll pedigry not seen in these parts of australia for some time raised in woollongong and begining in the Proton Energy Pills then onto seminal acts Brother Brick and Challenger 7. Later joining Johnny Casino's revered Asteroid B-612 and the Yes Men with GOD's Sean Greenaway. With a couple of album's in the can Leadfinger latest album RICH KIDS has been signed to spanish label Bang! and has received excellent reviews all over the world for their take on guitar rock. Along with Leadfinger will be Brisbanes much loved garage rockers the Dangermen playing for the first time in almost a year and psychedelic terrorists Lobster Prophet fill out the line up. All this rock action kicks of at 8pm at the Clarence Corner Hotel in woolloongabba. Entry is free so its a good price for a touring band.
