Here Knows When is a 3-piece rock outfit based in Sydney whose ambitious approach towards song writing has manifested itself in a set of original, diverse and sombre sounds.

The band draws inspiration from a large number of acts with the guitar-driven atmospherics of early 80’s British post-punk and seasoned 4AD artists of the 80’s and 90’s contributing notably to the dynamic and creative drive of the group.

Since 2004, Here Knows When has worked closely on refining and re-inventing it's craft, their forthcoming E.P. 'Fall Back Fall'(03/7/09) is a densely layered and complex work, serving as a fitting representation of the band’s versatile sound and a touchstone for its future ambitions.
