Room 40’s Open Frame returns once more this week, taking place at Brisbane’s Powerhouse. Thursday Oct 1 sees New Zealand’s Pumice join a line-up comprising of Greek ‘low frequency’ type Ilios, experimental Kiwi Rosy Parlane and the psych-pop of New Jersey’s Ducktails. Friday Oct 2 hosts Icelandic resident Ben Frost, local lady Sally Frost, South African James Webb and UK man (regarded for his field recordings, and work with Sir David Attenborough) Chris Watson (pictured).
