The hotel bistro is a revered space in Australian pub culture. Hovering somewhere between beer garden & lounge bar it bears little resemblance to it's French and Russian imitators. On Sun Oct 18 at West End's Boundary Hotel, Le Bistro Royale serves up the first tantalising menu of local talent for what will be a monthly rendevous.
