The Tendons ABOUT LISMORE'S "THE TENDONS" Johnnie blind and Glen Deaf met at a Stiffies "concert". Soon after, a friendship developed, and they often found themselves heavily talking up their own musical abilities. Despite a warning from Ryan Stiffie that John may be talking out his arse, and the fact that Glen wasn't really the red-headed stepson of Pete Townshend, a "Jam" was arranged. After 6 months as a dirty loud 2 piece, Guy joined the band on bass and The Tendons were born. Even though Guy was not blind or deaf, he fitted in immediately and the songs spewed out of the garage. The Tendons are currently recording an album of original songs which tackle a number of important local issues like why it doesn't snow in Lismore, Johnnie blinds' fear of brown snakes, and why 'platonic' really means not sexy enough!
