As you no doubt know, BAM Fest has been cancelled. The event – arguably every hipster’s favourite punching bag – was called off due to insufficient ticket sales, making the festival financially unsustainable. Refunds are available from point-of-purchase. BAM was to feature a slew of indie acts in a 24-hour style format. The Rave news desk is still holding out hope that Brisbane may one day sustain a springtime event to replace Livid.
