Taking a look back to the ‘90s one can’t help but feel a few warm fuzzies for Dave McCormack’s various projects. Stemming from his post-Custard days is Dave McCormack & The Polaroids (pictured) – and the band have graciously accepted an invitation to play at our Thousand In Twenty (1000 issues/20 years) party. The Polaroids (Seja, Dylan and Norto) will join Dave on Friday Jul 15 at The Zoo, playing with young bucks Inland Sea and Velociraptor.

Rave first interviewed a young David McCormack of Custard, in Issue #2 October 16, 1991, when every question asked he related his answer to food, sex or Madonna. Custard were about to re-record Rockfish Anna for the Youngbloods III compilation, and their video for C Is For Cookie was about to debut on Rage … really, has much changed?
