Position Vacant: Musicadium Operations and Sales Manager - Full Time

Location: Brisbane, Australia

Start: ASAP

Core Duties:
- Implementing the sales, marketing and operations strategies set by the Musicadium board
- Managing Artist Relations and Promotions staff members (small team of casual employees)
- Attending industry events, networking and representing Musicadium
- Reporting to the board on sales and marketing performance indicators
- General overseeing of operations and contribution to evolution of Musicadium

Experience, Skills and Attributes Required:
- Excellent knowledge of the music industry
- Experience working in the music industry
- Management expertise
- Totally familiar with Internet (MySpace, email marketing, Digital Music Downloads, Skype, Web Browsing etc)
- High level of computer competency (both Windows and Mac would be good)
- Great people skills
- Enthusiastic and keen to impress
- Lives and breathes music
