The Medicine Show apologises to all it's friends and supporters who came to the Alley Bar on Sunday the 9th of march.
We are sorry that we could not perform that night.
The reason for this quite simply was that because of a mistake made either by the venue or the booker we would not be paid for our performance.
This would be unacceptable to any one who works a job.
Though there was a press release stating the night was a benefit gig, this was not actually the case. Sunday's show was in fact a goodbye to The Alley gig.
We were booked through an agent to headline the show and agreement was reached on terms and conditions for both artist and agent.
