Local acoustic folk artist Kitsunegari has recently released her début EP "bootpolishandbabies" through
Lempicka Records.

Recorded in February 2008 with contributions from Rolan Rodes, Golden Circles member Greta Kelly, Laurie Agar and Dave Bourke, the EP features five original songs that weave together Kitsunegaris' haunting melodies, poetic lyrics and distinct vocal stylings into a striking musical tapestry.

The EP is available at local record stores Rocking Horse and Butter Beats as well as

being available online at www.kitsunegari.com.au and through www.lempickarecords.com

Lempicka Records and Kitsunegari invite you to come see her play in support of the EP at the UQ Red Room on April 23rd. The support acts are Laurie Agar and Tim Beau. Doors

open at 6pm and the cover charge is $5.
